The Mafia Wars Job system was added to the game as an alternate method to earning cash and money without having to fight other Mafia Wars players. Below is a chart showing all the requirements and items needed to complete each Mafia Wars Jobs. You gain a Mafia Wars bonus weapon when you run certain jobs marked as "chance to receive special items". Each job seems to only have 1 mafia wars bonus weapon attached to the Mafia Wars jobs that you can gain. It seems that the drop rate on jobs varies but it's usually around 20-30% completions. Mafia Wars looted items are un-sellable and only used to benefit your character with stats and can be used in combat.
